Here are some basic first actions to take immediately:

First:

If you have not already, please fill-out your

• CHS Alumni Verification form
• CHS Faculty/Staff Alumni Verification Form
• CHS Dual Alumni Verification Form: Attended CHS in 9th & 10th grades, then another School for Senior High (1971-1984)

or

• CHS Supporter Form

Second:

Donate to any of the causes below that you choose.
